I reached out to Adrian on Instagram after discovering he was local to Málaga. He’s a local competitive male college swimmer and has won numerous awards through his school years and now university. It was fun to get back behind the camera and photograph in the streets doing more of a street ‘fashion’ vibe like the old days. The alley across my apartment is a location I’ve always wanted to shoot in, so this gave me the opportunity to get Adrian warmed up to the camera before heading back to the apartment. In advance he said he wasn’t open to nudes, which is something I always respect. He was open to underwear shots, so he brought some briefs and we focused on capturing some more intimate images on the sofa after a few more photos on my balcony.
