I’m very behind in getting this shoot with Julien up on my site as we collaborated together back in June when I was in Paris. Not sure how this one slipped through the cracks, but better late than never as they say. Julien and I had been communicating on Model Mayhem for several months when I knew I’d be traveling to Paris for vacation. I was very intrigued by his amazing body and wanted to capture images of him for my tattooed naked muscle men series. Julien had let me know right up front that he had lost his hearing over a decade ago in an accident, so I had to do some special pre-planning in advance on how I’d give him instructions for poses. It all worked out great and Julien wound up being one of my favorite models I’ve worked with here in Europe. He’s super collaborative and would throw me ideas using his hands to ask whether I liked them or not. Next time I’m in Paris I will definitely be arranging another collab with him.
